What is the capacity of Ravenswood Loft?
Our 2,000 sq. ft. facility allows flexible setup and configuration options. Capacity is as follows: Cocktail-Style Reception - 100 Seated Dinner - 80 Theater-Style - 80 Make sure to inquire about the options available to you.
What are your rental rates?

How about alcohol? Do you serve/can we bring our own?
You are welcome to bring your own choice of beverages. Per the city of Chicago requirement, a licensed and insured bartender must serve all alcohol. We can provide that staffing, or invite you to staff through your preferred catering company.
Is parking available?
We have a parking lot with a number of spaces available for Ravenswood Loft clients. Ample free street parking is available on Ravenswood. We are ½ block from the Montrose Brown Line stop, and 1 ½ blocks from the Metra UP-N station at Lawrence.
Can you provide staff/service wear items for my event?
We offer plates, flatware, glasses, and linens for a modest rental fee, and have general service items available for complimentary use. We can also provide full decor and planning services for an additional fee, upon request. Ravenswood Loft can provide service staff for an hourly rate.
